(ORAL) The petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.59 dated 17.09.2021 registered at Police Station Block Majri, District S.A.S. Nagar, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908.
Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 25.10.2021, as passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other NEETU RANI 2022.02.02 15:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Manjit Kaur and Jarnail Kaur by this Court vide the said order dated 25.10.2021, is hereby made absolute.
However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
