Faced with the situation that 6 witnesses out of total cited 18 witnesses have been examined, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to take alternative pleas at relevant stage. 3.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is a lady aged about 39 years and is required to take care of her two minor children, the petitioner is granted exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court subject to the following conditions: - (i) she will be represented by a counsel;
