Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh at a subsequent stage in case the aforesaid order declaring him 'Proclaimed Offender' is set aside. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
