The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.34, dated 16.03.2020, registered under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(3) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur along with all subsequent proceedings arising thereof.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
