***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to calculate and release pension, DCRG, commutation, leave encashment and other admissible benefits by taking into account/sanctioning admissible ACP scales.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide latest representation dated 20.11.2017 (Annexure P-6), within a stipulated period.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
