Petitioner has prayed for a direction to official respondents to investigate the role of respondent no. 4 in FIRs mentioned in head-note of the petition. The main case i.e. CWP No. 23285 of 2018 titled as Charanjit Singh & ors. vs. State of Punjab & ors. has already been disposed of by this court on 25.01.2019 with liberty to SIT constituted by the State to carry out the investigation. Needless to observe that investigating agency can investigate the role of any accused whose name figures during investigation. Thus, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
