The petitioner herein is the alleged owner of the truck. The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal has closed his evidence on the ground that he has already been granted five opportunities for leading his evidence. The claimants are not opposing the prayer.

The learned counsel representing the insurance company claims that the petitioner does not deserve any further opportunity. 3.

The petitioner wishes to prove the driving license of his driver which would be a material document to prove the liability of the insurance company.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is allowed. Let one effective opportunity be granted to the petitioner DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.12.14 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
