 CRM-M-40480-2022 Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.178 dated 9.6.2020, under Section 302, 323, 342, IPC, Section 3(2)(v) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015) (Section 302 IPC deleted and Section 304 Part I IPC added in the Final Report), Police Station Jind Sadar.

In view of the prayer made in the application, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
