Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that as of now, after the combining of two cadres i.e. Panchayat Secretaries and Gram Sewaks Village Development Organization into newly created unified cadre, the rules which are to be framed for deciding the service issue between two cadres are yet to be framed, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to approach this Court in case any prejudice arises keeping in view the rules so framed.
