S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (Oral) The petitioner claims to be entitled to the exemption in view of clause (v) of Section 90(3A) of the Punjab Municipal Corporation (Second Amendment) Act, 2013. The exemption, however, stands withdrawn by virtue of a notification dated 27.01.2015.

Counsel for the respondents state that there is no question of imposing any penalty or interest as the tax has already been paid. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
