******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 79 dated 07.05.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City 1 Abohar, District Fazilka.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satpal submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.

CRM-M-34395 of 2019 -2deceased-Neeraj left behind a suicide note stating therein that he had committed suicide due to behaviour of petitioners. Earlier father of Ishan Doda (petitioner in CRM-M-36594-2019) had moved application against the deceased, which was compromised in panchayat before the police, as such, cause of death was not only the money dispute but harassment of petitioners, which led Neeraj to commit suicide. As per allegations in the FIR, there was a dispute regarding outstanding loan amount. It will also be a matter of investigation as to what was wrong with the behaviour of petitioners, which led the deceased to commit suicide and as to whether complaint filed by father of petitionerIshan Doda has any relevance in this case.
In view of submission of learned State counsel that petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these petitions are allowed and orders dated 26.08.2019 and 02.09.
(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
