(Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioners were participated in the selection process for the posts of driver and were qualfied in the result, however, the result was subject to the decision of CWP No.20261 of 2008. After dismissal of the above-said writ petition, the petitioners were within the zone of consideration but till date they have not been given any appointment.

In this regard, the petitioners have made a representation dated 15.09.2015 (Annexure P-7) to the respondent(s) but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the representation dated 15.09.2015 (Annexure P-7), referred to above.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the representation dated 15.09.2015 (Annexure P-7), filed by the petitioners, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
