Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant benefit of Dynamic ACP to the petitioner in terms of Punjab Government Instructions dated 17.04.2000 (Annexure P5) read with notification dated 22.12.2011 (Annexure P6), whereby the post of Polytechnic Lecturer was also included as 12th category for grant of benefit under Dynamic Assured Career Progression Scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in similar matter was before this Court in Pritpal Kaur v. State of Punjab and Others (CWP-16914-2014, decided on 05.04.2017), wherein identical relief was given to the petitioner therein and case of the present petitioner is covered as per that judgment.
