Present writ petition for quashing of impugned order dated 27.11.2017 (Annexure P15), whereby petitioner has been given benefit from the date of his retirement i.e. 26.02.2014, whereas he superannuated on 31.05.2009 and as per judgment passed by this Court in Shingara Singh Dhull and Others v. State of Haryana and Others (CWP-15017-2008, decided on 12.02.2009), petitioner is entitled for fixation of pay right from the date of his retirement. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner has also got issued legal notice dated 15.04.2014 (Annexure P6) and subsequent reminder dated 16.10.2017 (Annexure P13), but the same have not been decided and arrears have not been paid to him.
