The petitioners seek issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to take legal acation and register FIR against respondents No.4 and 5, who have tampered the official record and is harassing the petitioners and their families by illegally calling them to the police station. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have some grievance particularly as regards tampering in the official record, which according to the petitioners has been forged, wherein some date has been tampered with so as to change the same from 20.3.2024 to 16.4.2024 so as to help respondent No.6 - Satya Naryan.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without commenting anything as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Illaqa Magistrate concerned, so as to move an application under Section Pankaj Kakkar 2024.08.02 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-36981-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for redressal of their grievances.

In case, the petitioners move an application before the Illaqa Magistrate under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Illaqa Magistrate concerned shall do the needful so as to ensure that the same is disposed off expeditiously in accordance with law after examining all the relevant facts.
