Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant all the retiral benefits to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% per annum till the date of its actual payment and also to grant interest on the delayed payment of gratuity, revised pension etc. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner retired from services on 30.11.2017, but he has not been granted his retiral benefits and for that purpose, he has already made representation dated 27.09.2018 (Annexure P5), which still remained undecided. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mrs. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
