Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners, in view of the instructions dated 04.03.1999.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been engaged as parttime Class-IV employees between the years 2003 to 2007. He while relying on the judgment passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Jaggo vs. Union of India and others, 2025 AIR SC 296 states that the respondents may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioners except that of petitioner No.5, whose services have been terminated on 31.01.2019 by the Gram Panchayat concerned, in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, taking note of the afore-referred judgment, within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the MOHIT 2025.03.27 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-28913-2017 (O&M) -2authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
