Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to re-fix the pay and pension of the petitioners in terms of the instructions dated 22.06.2018 (Annexure P10) granting higher pay scale in terms of the instructions dated 23.07.1957 & 19.02.1979, issued by the Government of Punjab, to all the teachers on acquiring the higher qualification.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for redressal of their grievance, petitioners have got issued legal notice dated 16.07.2018 (Annexure P12), but the same remained unattended till date. Notice of motion.
