Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider her candidature under ESM General for the post of Supervisor (Female). On 23.10.2018, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is participating in the selection process to the post of Supervisor (Female) vide Advertisement No.7/2016 (Annexure P-1) dated 30.12.2016 whereas, 11 posts are meant for ESMGeneral Category. Petitioner has successfully cleared her written examination. The last candidate in the same category has got 78 marks in the written examination which is cut off marks fixed by the respondent/HSSC and he has been called for interview. The grievance of the petitioner is that after getting 124 marks in the written examination and despite the fact that she has appeared in the scrutiny of her documents, she has not been called for for interview.

CWP No. 27197-2018 interview provisionally and her result be kept in the sealed cover.

A copy of this order be supplied to counsel for the petitioner under signature of the Special Secretary of this Court."

Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured 132 marks in written examination and 11 marks in viva voice (total 143 marks) and and the last candidate has secured 158 marks under ESM General.

In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands dismissed, as the petitioner has secured less marks than the last candidate. The result has been returned back in original to learned State counsel in the Court today.
