Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 20.03.2025    !" passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
