This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation of the matter in complaint dated 31.03.2025 by constituting SIT(Special Investigating Team) with a further prayer to direct official respondents to take strict action against respondent No.4 and 6. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 31.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Hisar but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Hisar to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Hisar to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 31.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
