(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari and mandamus for setting aside the award dated 16.08.2017 passed by respondent No.2, whereby the claim statement filed by the petitioner-workman was dismissed; along with certain other prayers. The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
