(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to official respondents to safeguard the life and the property of the petitioner by providing adequate protection to the petitioner and his property; and further not to let the creditors and employees of the petitioner's firm, namely, Freemans Measures Pvt. Ltd. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to decide the representation(s) dated 09.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) within a time bound manner. 3.
Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2-the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 09.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties, by passing a speaking order in RAJAN 2026.06.12 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
