(Oral) The petitioner alleges that the Gram Panchayat of his village has allotted 100 square yard plots to ineligible persons, ignoring the conditions prescribed in the Government Policy dated 01.12.2008. It is further alleged that several persons who do not fall in the category of 'Below Poverty Line' are the beneficiaries of such allotments.
We find from the record that none of the allottees are impleaded as party-respondents, hence no finding on merits can be given in this regard. However, keeping in view the specific allegations coupled with the complaint which the petitioner is stated to have made on 05.12.2015 (P-14), we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on the merits of the allegations with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa, to ascertain the correct facts if need be MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.05.10 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
