The respondent has not entered into appearance despite receipt of notice of the present transfer application. 2.

On 31.07.2024, the following order was passed:- "The applicant-wife has filed the present application for seeking transfer of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed at the instance of the respondent-husband, which is pending in Family Court Kaithal, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Panipat.

It is submitted by learned counsel that three daughters born from the wedlock of the parties to the lis, are in the care and custody of the applicant. Even, the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., filed at the instance of the applicant, is already pending in the Courts at Panipat. Transfer Application No. 906 of 2024 (O&M) by the respondent-husband, in the Courts at Kaithal. Notice of motion for 07.11.2024.

Learned Family Court shall adjourn the case, beyond the date fixed by this Court."

In view of the above, the present transfer application is allowed and the case i.e. HMA/510/2022 titled as "Jasbir Singh v. Meera" filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is transferred from the Court of the Principal Judge Family Court, Kaithal to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Panipat. The transferor Court is directed to forthwith remit the file to the transferee Court. The petitioner is directed to appear before the transferee Court on 03.12.2024.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
