The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the action of the respondent-department for terminating the services of the petitioner on 16.12.2022 and for considering his case for reinstatement on the post of clerk and release all consequential service benefits admissible to him. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 21.05.2026, Annexure P-6, has been served upon respondents by referring to allowing the similarly circumstanced employee rejoined, who was also involved in a case relating to PC Act, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
