In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside/cancel all bids stand happened to be allotted on 30.10.2017 (Annexure P-2) which entrusted to favourite bidders fraudulently and with malafide intention.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, relevant documents have not been appended with this writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing the better particulars.
