Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.52, dated 09.04.2026, under Sections 318(4) of BNS (corresponding to section 420 of IPC), registered at Police Station Sandaur, District Malerkotla. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
