RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents no.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents no.5 to 7. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.3 to decide the representation, dated 19.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has already submitted representation, Annexure P-1, before respondent No.3, on 19.07.2024 but no action has been taken on the same till today. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
