FAO-M-257 of 2012 The appeal was taken up suo motu today as both the parties along with their counsel presented a compromise deed and sought for disposal of the main appeal itself. Both the parties are present along with their counsel. They produced compromise deed. It is submitted by the counsel appearing on either side on instruction from the appellant and the respondent who are present that they have started living as husband and wife.
