Prayer made in the present writ petition is for payment on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner on the ground that he retired from his services on 30.04.2018 and thereafter, payment on account of pension has already been released to him in the month of August, 2018. Thus, there is no unreasonable delay calling for payment of interest on the delayed payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner. In view of above, present writ petition stands dismissed.
