Both the parties along with their counsel are present. They suffered statements in the shape of individual affidavits. A sum of `37,50,000/- towards the remaining part of permanent alimony/maintenance for party no. 2 and her daughter was tendered by party no. 1 in the shape of demand draft and the same was accepted by party no. 2. It is found that they are living separately for the past eight long years. There was no scope for them to live together as husband and wife.
