**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein had applied for appointment against the post of Peon (Headquarter and Field) pursuant to the advertisement dated 07.01.2016. The petitioner herein has been diagnosed as (IQ-54) Mild Mental Retardation and, therefore, would be eligible to be considered for appointment under the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Right and Full Participation) Act, 1995. However, the candidature of the petitioner has not been considered for recruitment. Against the non-consideration of the petitioner's candidature, a representation was filed, which is yet pending consideration. Aggrieved against the same, the instant writ petition has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner herein is seeking a limited prayer that his representation be decided as expeditiously as possible. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of Satyawan 2017.02.
