**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 81 dated 27.7.2019 registered under Section 22/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.

On 26.8.2019, the following order was passed by this Court: " Notice of motion for 17.09.2019.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 26.8.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the GURPREET SINGH 2019.11.01 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh investigation.

CRM-M No. 34330 of 2019 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pavittar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.8.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
