Present writ petition for quashing the impugned order dated 13.06.2018 (Annexure P11), passed by respondent No.2, whereby Deathcum-Retirement Gratuity of the petitioner to the extent of Rs.1,93,883/- has been withheld without any show cause notice or order of competent authority or any Court on this point.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already got issued legal notice dated 05.09.2018 (Annexure P12) for the purpose and his grievance would be redressed if the said legal notice is decided in expeditious manner.
