Present writ petition for quashing the impugned order dated 02.06.2004 (Annexure P4) to the extent of granting first time bound promotion scale with effect from 05.11.2000 instead of 19.07.1996 and for setting aside order dated 06.05.2015 (Annexure P8), whereby modification/correction of order (Annexure P4) has been declined. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner made representation dated 27.06.2018 (Annexure P10) and thereafter, got issued legal notice dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P11), which are still pending with the respondents for taking decision thereon.
