Seeking directions to Gurugram police not to harass the petitioner in the garb of recording her statements in complaint/ FIR registered at the instance of private respondent Nos.6 to 9 as the petitioner is neither a victim nor is willing to give statement, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528, BNSS. 2.

State counsel submits that cancellation report in the matter, has been prepared on 04.08.2024 . As such, nothing survives in the petition and the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Given above, let the cancellation report be filed before the trial Court concerned positively by 31.08.2024 and the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh petition or to take other legal remedies in accordance with the law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
