**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner who was working with the respondents on regular basis on the post of sweeper, but no benefit of the service which the father of the petitioner had rendered, with the respondents had been given to the petitioner and too without any justification. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unfortunately the father of the petitioner expired on 17.05.2021 and the present petition is being filed by the petitioner being the legal heir of late Prahlad so as to claim the benefit in respect of service rendered by his late father. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance before the concerned authority by way of legal notice dated 06.09.2021, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure P.15 and the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

CWP No.20112 of 2022 -2On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents- State and raises no objection in deciding the legal notice dated 06.09.2021 (Annexure P.15) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

In view of the pleadings in the present petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in the representation, respondent No.1 is directed to decide the legal notice dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P.15), by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
