***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order, Annexure P-5. According to him, no opportunity of hearing was afforded to him before passing the impugned order regarding blacklisting the firm of the petitioner namely M/s Mani Mahesh Rice Mill, however, he submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if a fresh order is passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to him. Learned State counsel has no objection to this. Under the circumstances, petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that the concerned authority may afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a fresh order within a week.
