(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner by providing adequate protection to the petitioner and also directing the private respondents not to interfere in the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to decide the representations dated 29.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) and dated 30.05.2026 (Annexure P-8) within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 29.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) and dated 30.05.2026 (Annexure P-8), after providing opportunity of hearing to the RAJAN 2026.06.09 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
