***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order dated 16.10.2018, Annexure P-2, whereby she was transferred from C.H.C., Bungal Badhani, District Pathankot to D.H.O., Faridkot on the ground that the same is against the transfer Policy dated 23.04.2018, Annexure P-1. As the petitioner has to retire in September, 2019, the decision to transfer to a far place is unsustainable.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the matter shall be looked into by respondent No.1 within two months from today and a fresh order shall be passed.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
