(Oral) Since the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench has fixed the hearing on the stay application on 27.05.2015, it is not expedient or desirable for this Court to entertain this writ petition only on the point of interim stay.
We clarify that disciplinary proceedings, if any, held before the decision on stay application by the Tribunal, shall cause no prejudice to the petitioner.
With this clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of.
