Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the additional increments to the petitioner on completion of three years and six years of service on one post and accordingly, re-fix his pay and release the arrears from the date the additional increments became due.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for that purpose, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P9), but no action has been taken thereon till date. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P9) and take the required decision thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
