(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already challenged the order of dismissal which was passed by the respondent in the year 2016 by filing of CWP No.761 of 2018 in which notice of motion has already been issued but now to precipitate even the pension has been stopped which is totally arbitrary and illegal. Hence, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application in CWP No.761 of 2018 so as to claim the entire relief with regard to the withdrawal of his pension. Ordered accordingly.
