PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition, prohibiting respondents No.3 and 4 from causing undue harassment, humiliation and trauma to the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.5 and 6.

In pursuance of order dated 05.05.2015, respondent No.4 - Inspector Raghbir Singh is present in Court and states that complaint has already been filed.

In view of above, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
