**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.137 dated 15.08.2023 under Sections 324, 323, 506 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Pasyana, District Patiala. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, has pointed out that later on Section 326 IPC was added in the instant FIR on 13.09.2023, which has not been mentioned in the instant FIR attached with the present petition neither pleaded in the prayer. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Allowed as prayed for.
