Prayer in writ petition is for issuance of mandamus directing respondents to adjust petitioners in the Cooperative Sugar Mills or other Cooperative Institution by relaxing the eligibility criteria/conditions on account of that petitioners are erstwhile employees of Bhuna Cooperative Sugar Mill as well as in view of stand and statement given by respondents before this Court in CWP No.17837 of 2006 as well as decision dated 11.07.2019 (Annexure P-9) passed in CWP No.20055 of 2017. In view of fact that this Court has already dealt with identical matter in CWP No.
