(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcle 226 of the ConsƟtuƟon of India read with SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C praying for the issuance of appropriate direcƟons to respondents No. 3 and 4 to get release the detenue namely Pavitar Singh from the illegal detenƟon of respondents No. 3 and 4.

State counsel on instrucƟons from Inspector Gurpreet Singh submits that the alleged detenue was only called for some enquiry and he has already been let free. 3.
