By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioners, who are members of Primary Cooperative Agricultural Development Banks all across the State of Punjab, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of impugned resolution/order dated 20.4.2015 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3 vide which an amount of Rs.342.22 lakhs had been resolved to be released from Common Good Funds for Construction and Repair of Godowns of Different Societies.

Learned counsel representing respondents No.3 and 4 has today filed an affidavit of Smt. Rajwinder Randhawa, Additional Managing Director (Banking), Punjab State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Chandigarh, which is taken on record. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
