Petitioner- Rameshwar Lal has filed instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar (respondent No. 1) for deciding EA-17256/07.01.2026 whereby petitioner has challenged order dated 24.11.2025 passed by learned Assistant Collector, Tohana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revision petition is pending since 07.01.2026 and now is pending for 26.08.2026. He further submits that respondents have also put in appearance therein and joined the proceedings before the revisional Court. However, in the absence of any final decision in the revision petition, warrant of possession, which are now to be executed for REENA 2026.06.05 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the relevant material on record with their able assistance, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 1, either to decide the revision petition finally or interim prayer made in the revision petition by pre-poning the date of its hearing, after informing all the concerned parties and till then the order in regard to execution of the warrant of possession shall be kept in abeyance.
